Return Procedure
14-day cooling off period
At Radex Non-Paints B.V. you can exchange or return an item within 14 working days. You must report within this period while the product may be returned outside this period. This cooling off period starts on the day of receipt of the package. Returned items must be in original packaging and undamaged. We will charge a fee on products that are damaged or used and will be deducted from the return amount. The shipping costs of the return shipment will be reimbursed. Before you return an item we ask you to be in possession of a return number. You can request a return number by sending an e-mail to info@radex-nonpaints.com and follow the step-by-step plan.
Return Procedure
- The order should be returned ASAP after the return number is assigned.
- Return items if possible in original packaging and undamaged.
- Handle an item's packaging carefully.
- Do not text or put stickers or tape on the packaging.
- If necessary, pack return items in a carton to prevent shipping damage.
- The return shipment should clearly indicate the return number.
- Problems with shipping, at or by the company providing shipping to us, are at the customer's risk. Therefore, always keep your shipping receipt.
Step-by-step plan for exchanges and returns
Would you like to return an item? Then we ask you to follow the following steps. This way we can process your return as smoothly as possible.
- You can request a return number by emailing info@radex-nonpaints.com.
- Please include the following information in the email:
- The order number and customer number.
- Item number(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for return.
- Your email will be processed and you will receive an email back with a return number and shipping instructions.
- We will exchange the item (if in stock) or refund the purchase price within 10 days, depending on your wish.
Cost
Return shipments should be franked with a parcel stamp if possible. The receipt must be enclosed, otherwise the refund will be forfeited if you are entitled to this. For unstamped packages, the costs incurred will be deducted from the amount to be credited.
